I have been fortunate enough to stayed in many hotels/motels around the USA and the world. none have been as poorly maintained as the Park Motel in Tampa Fl. We were only in the room for approximately 20 minutes before leaving and finding other accommodations. I have photos to document the condition of the room. Paint peeling off the ceiling acoustic panels in the bathroom bowed and dis-colored from rain damage rust on the...

"Booked for two nights and didn’t stay for more than 3 hours. When we got there the bed spread was stained, sheets and pillow cases were stained, floor didn’t seem like it had been swept, water from the sink smelled awful, and shower didn’t drain properly. Staff was nice but that was it."

"This is a cute, I’m guessing 1950s era motel, that has been renovated and is extremely well-maintained. All of the staff are most courteous and accommodating. David, the general manager, absolutely goes out of his way to assist his guest in any manner, that’s possible for him. I will be staying here again."
