Cari Serviced Apartment di Northwest Tampa

"It was ok"

"I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

"German roaches, two of the 4 tvs don't work, when power went out we called the "manager" and they asked what we wanted them to do.. oh, and, the bed broke at 730am wasn't fixed til almost 2pm. We spent 3 weeks here in the last month, won't be back. If you stay here, bring your own pest control spray,.. the corporate office and "local management" don't communicate, thats from the local managers mouth."

"Will be back!"

":)"

"The property is a bit older but the unit we stayed in was well maintained. There's not a lot to do in the area and the property is approximately a 25 minute drive to St. Pete Beach, where there are more activities."
