"Incredible beach and ocean views. From the lobby entrance to the ocean view from the bathroom, the observation tower, and the temple, every where your eyes glance, you’d be mesmerised. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had travel distribution and they were constantly in touch and helped us every step of the way. You can greeted with a gong when you arrive and the staff are the personification of excellent hospitality. Cleaners are super cool, they clean the room 2x every day!!, and leave you kind notes. Breakfast was spectacular with 3 different stations continental, Indonesian, Chinese food. Excellent choice of ~4 restaurants, each with separate specialties like tables on the beach, Balinese barbecue and show, and infinite pool. You really need more than 4 days to do everything that you can do at the hotel, including water sports in the pool, instagram spots, slides, massages, gym, tennis, etc. Love this hotel and already want to come back."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pools and facilities were excellent, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing while still having plenty to do, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy Bali. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints"

"Very clean hotel, pool was great, huge choice at daily breakfast, very professional and attentive staff. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a little upgrade but overall we had a lovely time at this hotel and would stay again."
