"This hotel is fantastically located for business travelers attending conferences at the Excel Center. It is a very short three stops away. The hotel is clean, Has a 24 hour lobby bar with food and drinks and although the rooms are small they are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers. The only watch out is the rooms are a bit small for couples so not sure I would bring a family."

"Pros: This property is nicely located on Canary Wharf. The listing shows a photo of a building right in front of the water with a yacht in front of that building. This hotel does not sit in front of the water but is walkable from the "boardwalk". Canary Wharf is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it's much quieter overall. "Highly recommended hotel. Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access. Staff professional and friendly."

"We stayed in two rooms over the course of our stay and they were both nice, although we preferred the accessible room because of the bigger washroom. The one downside is there was no mini fridge to keep water or other drinks/food cold. Prime location, quiet and close to the transit line."

Breakfast was average - try and use the main room. The coffee from their machines was horrible. Have the room coffee instead. Rooms have coffee machines. Family friendly"

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "
