"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Overall, we had a nice time. Booked as I had always wanted to stay on the Sunborn and we were going to a concert at the 02 so it was convenient. Room was fine - we booked an executive king river view. Small balcony with chairs but you could only see the river if you stood up. Bathroom basic and lacked touches like shower cap etc. Boat was beautiful with large staircase in centre- stunning. Staff were pleasant and helpful- special call out to Luca on reception. We went for a drink on 5th floor...

"The property was lovely , the room beautiful clean and well stocked. All of the staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located v close to the dlr and a short walk to both Elizabeth’s line and jubilee . Would stay here again for sure."

"Sauberes Zimmer, die Klimaanlage war Gold wert, allerdings hat sich das Wasser mittig in der Dusche gesammelt und ist dadurch nicht komplett abgeflossen. Anbindung ist gut, aber nicht perfekt. Die Nachbarschaft ist etwas einfacher und mit stark befahrener Straße, aber wir haben uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt wirklich unsicher gefühlt. Alles in allem passt das Gebotene für den Preis."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Staff were very helpful especially on the front desk. Room was clean. The health club is separate to the hotel but access is granted by swapping your room key for a gym fob. Riverside views from the room. The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. We noticed a foul smell from the wardrobe which soaked into my friend’s clothes that she hung in there. We’re not...

"Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!"

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."
