"The walls were extremely thin, the bed was hard as a rock, half of the electric blinds didn’t work, the pillow was dark yellow and disgusting… some high points would be the pool, ease of the tv streaming"

"This is a budget motel and you get what you pay for. It allows you to keep your car there for $10 per night and transports you to and from airport. That makes up for a lot."

"The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!"

"There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly."

"Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of."

"Horrible check in, clerk on phone face timing with boyfriend, gave us keys to an occupied room, got new room whose shower was dripping everywhere for 4 days, bug on sheet and dirty sheets either coffee or blood. Locked out of room first night key did not work, had to wait and wait for front desk clerk over and over. I want my $400 back, horrible, it should be torn down"

"The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell."

"Stayed there on and off 2-3days a week for the last 6months or so. I love Ms Lenicia! She always makes sure I’m all checked in when I get off work in the morning. The hotel is old but well maintained. The cook to order breakfast was convenient at the Sanctuary restaurant in the lobby. It was a fair driving distance to my job. I’ll stay again if I’m back in the Cleveland area."
