"difficult to get into, thin walls , could hear everything going on in the next room"

" It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. "

"Hotel is so clean. They literally mop the hallway and elevators daily. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property is near great restaurants and a next to a park with pickleball courts and pecan orchard. The gentleman at the front desk along with all the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable."

"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. The hot tub didn’t work properly and the young man at the desk (not the black one) had an entire attitude when queried about it.
