"We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available.
The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower.
It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again."

"We had a mixed experience. You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property
On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen.
