"Hotel is in a great location. Very close to the train station and buses. No cutlery. Poor quality towels. Very comfortable beds. Great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our time here. "

"Clean room, very good location. It was a 2 minute walk to 7/11 and a 5 minute walk to the JR station nearby, which was perfect. Only small thing was that the shower did smell after use, but considering it was separated from the rest of the room, it was manageable. All in all Shinjuku Global Hotel was a nice budget-friendly option for a family-style room. "

"Room with bunk bed was small, good for those who are just backpacking or have little luggage. Sink was really small so water ends up getting on the floor alot, but they provide a towel to mop it. Shower smelt a bit like mildew but was otherwise fine. Staff were very friendly and nice."

"When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again."
