"Superb location, right in the centre of Ueno with enough bustling yet with space and peace at the same time. Close to multiple train stations within 3-5 minutes walk, and Ameyoko shopping street! Many good restaurants around too. It’s very welcoming to return to this brightly lit hotel every day. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. Would stay again!"

We used the laundry room and everything was clean and available. The staff were helpful with all my inquiries and the location was perfect for access to trains. Exceptional example of true Japanese culture and hospitality for my family to experience. "

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"You have to check in on the money to yourself. You can’t have the agents help to do it, which is unusual for me. Everything else was great. The staff and everything but the rooms are much smaller than what I’m used to for the amount of money I paid for."
