"Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything."

"Ryokan Sansuiso is a great! Stayed once as a solo traveler. It felt safe and clean. I had a room with the bathroom. Tatami mats are comfortable and the a/c runs well. Second time, we had hall bathrooms, which are right around the corner. It feels like someone’s home and not hotel. It’s a home and feels like it. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. "Der sehr sympathische Inhaber war stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Er spricht hervorragend Englisch, wir haben uns sehr gut mit ihm unterhalten können. Das Gästehaus ist optimal gelegen, sehr ruhig und man findet alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!!"
