"Horrible staff who harasses my elephants and packed up their belongings and medical equipment due to their error. Kicked them out of their room when they incorrectly linked reservations in the system."

"We went for a pool party. It wasn’t huge, but more than enough room to have an enjoyable, well worth your money time. They have plenty of seating, and although the pool is indoor, you get the look and feel of outdoors because of the glass roof in the pool area. The staff presented themselves very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend for families."

"This location was very clean in the common areas as well as the room being fairly new with the beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access."

"Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by."

"Conveniently located for visits to MSU. Very friendly and helpful staff good location close to the highway and restaurants. The building is a little dated and could use some maintenance but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this is decent value."
