"No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience."

"Big, clean comfortable room. Marvellous staff, so friendly and would do anything to help you enjoy your stay. Lovely town and Corbridge Roman town just a short walk away. Perfect location for exploring Northumberland’s Roman history. Large car park, ideal to leave car, explore town and visit historic Pele tower. "

"Lovely location and great beer garden. Beds were comfortable and clean. The main issue in the bedroom was the very low water pressure in the shower making it almost impossible to have a decent shower. The other issue was the slow service in the restaurant. It was busy when we first arrived so that was fair enough but even when it died down it was still very slow and we could see our drinks waiting at the bar but no one to bring them over until we asked.
