"The property was the perfect location to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful. The TVs were a little dated in that you cannot stream from device but it did have cable. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms/shower were modern and very nice. We had a great vacation and would stay there again."

"Super nice vintage hotel. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gave us a map of gatlinsburg, food places to eat and what their personal favorites were. Then when we checked out they sent us off with a slice of homemade blueberry bread! Will always choose this place to stay. Unlike any other hotel. We were genuinely family when we stayed."

"Beautiful large room with a fireplace and a balcony to sit and watch the creek out back. We used the pool which was so nice. Cookies and lemonade available when we arrived in lobby. Free breakfast that was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Had an amazing stay. All the staff were kind and very attentive if we needed anything. The room was clean. The view was outstanding. We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying."

"Love The Appy. The staff is helpful, property and the rooms are always clean. Easy parking and close to downtown Gatlinburg. It is very convenient that the trolley stop is right by the hotel. I definitely recommend."

"Everything was excellent! However, the breakfast could have a bit more of a variety for the hot items. The eggs weren’t great, the sausage was cold, they were out of biscuits by 8am."

"Even though we paid in full in advance, we were charged an extra $15 per day to use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it. They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...

"We enjoyed our stay. The Room was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Our request for extra amenities were delivered as requested. The inn was within walking distance to the Main Street, restaurants and attractions. Had a good stay !!"
