"It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again."

"The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was missing a vent so it stayed fogged up for hours after a shower. The listing says there is a fridge, there is not it is a chiller at best it only coolers for 2 hours and will not stay running. The tv on a swivel was nice and the overall place was nice. Please be aware that parking is 15 a day and it is tight. There is also a 20 a day fee for incidents you will have to pay upfront just in case something happens. For some reason we were...

"Our stay was ok but we had to cut our trip a day short due to the extreme heat making us sick. We discussed with the front desk about leaving a day early and could we get a refund. We were told it wouldn't be a problem but we'd have to go thru expedia since we booked that way. When we did that and expedia reached out to the hotel, they said there were no notes of us leaving early and absolutely no refund would be issued. Just very disappointed with the disconnect with their staff and...
