"We recently stayed at the Market Street Hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was very much appreciated. The facilities themselves are lovely, and the hotel has a beautiful overall atmosphere and location. Unfortunately, the housekeeping and maintenance standards did not match the quality the hotel presents. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. "We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us).
