"Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. "Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! Communication was clear and detailed, and everything was set up in advance to help us have a smooth experience. Luggage storage is available on the first floor. "This hotel is well situated, close to everything but in a quiet spot. The tram from the airport stops nearby, making your arrival and departure easy. We arrived at 9:00am, tired after a long flight, and our room was ready. The room was small but comfortable; the bathroom was well designed with clear shower controls. The breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. Nitpicks: the coffee wasn't the best (from a machine), no tissues in the room, and only 1 USB port. Bring your adaptors... A lovely place...

"It’s very lovely. The staff are great. Our room was huge, had everything we needed. The decor is very eclectic. It was a bit loud for me, but it’s fun. The street itself is very quiet, but it’s a less than 10 minute walk to restaurants, a small market, etc. It was chilly when we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the garden, but it’s a really nice space. The stairs are a lot, so if you have mobility issues, you need to check with them first. Also, it’s an old (but well maintained) house, so...
