"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived.. even gave us free popcorn/snacks for our child. There’s a storefront on-site which was also convenient. We were able to grab things like cup noodles and some meds, so you don’t need to leave the hotel if you need emergency essentials. "The Ac didn’t work. I had to get moved to a new room at 11pm. The new room air conditioning was still not cooling down. Paying over $200 for a room. I would think the AC would work properly. It was a bummer. "

"Heater & TV didn’t work. No one answers the front desk line for help. Stiff pulling shower knob probably not a good idea for room for folks needing easy access to hot water. Missed having a full length mirror in the room. Pillows were awful for the neck. Restaurant staff was very nice. Food is adequate. Liked their old menu options better. Handicap button on B1 didn’t work, but B2 worked fine. "
