"This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great."

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. "For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However there was a significant amount of hair in the pool, which made swimming very uncomfortable. Once I alerted the staff it took about 5 hours for them to get the pool area half way decent. Lot of trash was left around the pool from previous nights. I had to take multiple pictures to the staff before the hair was take. Care of. At one point I felt the staff was annoyed with me but the hair was just so overwhelming. For 1600 it was a little...
