"The only reason we stayed here was due to the water park. We found out when we got there that it was an additional $18 a day fee. They were very ride about this. When we checked the add for expedia we found it in the fine print there is a surcharge. This is extremely misleading. Also checking in was a disaster, it took forever to get checked in since the staff was not very efficient. The cleanliness was very poor. With all the other places to stay go somewhere else. "Rooms were dirty apon arrival, multiple times during our stay they were out of towels and wash clothes so we went and purchased our own. Pool and hot tub area was dirty and unkept. But drinks at the pool bar were great. Lol staff was nice though. "

"Superbe resort avec beaucoup d'activités variées. Magnifique unité avec belle cuisine, grandes chambres à coucher et salle de bain très propre. "This place is absolutely phenomenal. We accidentally found it two years ago and we come here almost exclusively when we go to Orlando. There are so many things to do on the property. The Venetian is one of the best restaurants. Period. If you are coming with children, however, just a warning do bring pool toys. It will save your day! The staff is also phenomenal. Tipping extra is always a good idea although not expected in my experience, they work really really hard and the extra appreciation...

"We didn't have great check in experience at the hotel. We booked hotel with 2 double beds and hotel was giving us a king size bed with sofa bed during checkin. We had to literally push them to get our desired room. Hotel should honor the reservation."
