"Amaaaaazing view, right on the beach. Love having the sound of the surf in the room. Stayed in a one bedroom condo . Starting to show its age. All metal surfaces are rusty wallpaper edges peeling etc. Lock on the sliding door is just a bar, no actual locking mechanism. Window too dirty to see well with the door closed"

"What you don't know when booking with Expedia is the quality of the unit/room the resort will put you in. Because you don't book directly and through a second/third party you don't get what other guest receive when booking directly with the resort. They put us up in a "privately owned" room which was part of the "200" units. So the room or rooms will only be updated upon the owners responsibility. "This was a great location and staff friendly but I have never stayed in a VRBO property that was so tattered. Carpet had dog pee spots all over and bathrooms were from the 1970’s, avocado green and harvest gold. All cabinets had scratches and smelled like old wood.
The kitchen was very nice though and beds were comfortable. I would advise to leave air freshener to cover the wet dog smell. Advise others to look closely at pictures as well. Table tops were worn and needed refinishing. ...
