"Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. "

"Perfect for the price we paid. Walked to grocery store and walked to restaurant for dinner. Being able to park right by your door to get stuff inside is the best. Downstairs rooms have outside table and chairs great for the evening. "

"Had to change room around midnight because of a strong odor like a cleaning solution. My fault that I didn’t ask for a different room at check-in. Wiped up some water I spilled on the bathroom floor and the floor was dirty. Couldn’t make coffee because the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned."

"First room had non working television and they asked if we could just deal with it, which we didn’t so we were moved to another room. The pool and sauna (our main reason for booking), has been closed for two months and not advertised as such on Expedia. They said they have told Expedia for the length of the two months that it’s been closed. So room was decent but pool and hot tub being closed and not disclosed was very disheartening. "

"This place is amazing. The lodge-style room really felt more like a cabin and so cozy! Suite had an amazing jetted tub and SO much room. Cozy couch, cozy bed, warm fireplace. Amazing breakfast spread in the morning. We had a hard time leaving!"
