"The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t need to park, except to be picked up and dropped off, but there wasn’t a lot of space to park. The rooms were very clean. There were a couple of minor inconsistencies with the replacement of amenities by housekeeping, but nothing worth mentioning. The only problem with our room was that we could hear people walking back and forth in the room above us, (the dining area, I think) one night quite late. "

"The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham."

Ik heb een aantal keer gebruik gemaakt van het binnen zwembad ( in een ander gebouw, tegenover het hotel) Daar kun je ook gebruik maken van de sauna en steam room. Helaas waren er veel renovatie werkzaamheden aan de gang. Hierdoor waren het restaurant en bar gesloten. Ook was de laatste twee dagen de receptie gesloten en een tijdelijke receptie gecreëerd. "The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the welcome was friendly. But, we were nevertheless underwhelmed by our experience at The Queen’s Head. Dinner was okay although my partner did not enjoy his at all. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling which didn’t inspire confidence in the cleanliness in general. There was toilet roll stuffed into an evidently redundant bathroom door lock for some reason. (Maybe I am being petty, but changing...
