Für japanische Verhältnisse geräumige Wohnung. Wir fühlten uns als Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, wenige Schritte beim grossen Park gelegen.

I had a great stay, very spacious and a nice layout. If I had any questions, I was able to reach out and got a response in a timely manner. Also it’s very close to the nearest station, there’s convenient stores about a 5 minute walk, and a 10 minute walk to Osaka Castle Park.

結婚記念日の旅行で宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良く、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆様も親切で、細やかな心配りが感じられました。 これまで様々な宿泊施設を利用してきましたが、その中でも特に印象に残る滞在となりました。 素敵な思い出を作ることができ、本当に感謝しております。また大阪に来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

房間乾淨，有小廚房可以簡單料理，房間內還有小空間可放行李和掛衣服，1樓有大型垃圾桶很方便，唯一是遮光窗簾稍嫌不足，對光線較敏感的會被太陽叫起床。

This is a new building and the stay was top notch. Close to a station and multiple eateries. The host was responsive in a timely manner. The apartment was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the drying function in the shower room was awesome. My next trip to Osaka will be easy to plan because this is definitely where I will stay again.

Overall good stay and location in Osaka. Excellent folder with description for equipment. Only real issue was the smell of the reception area, very smokey.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making transportation very easy—just a 5-minute walk away. The layout of the twin room was excellent. It had been raining in Osaka, but I appreciated the drying function in the room. I especially liked the spacious wardrobe and the temperature-controlled bathtub. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and dedicated to both customer service and daily operations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time.

This is a well renovated new apartment. It has very modern amenities and super clean rooms. The bathroom is small but very modern and multifunctional. The washer is super useful. You can dry the clothes in the patio or inside the bathroom. It would be better if the guide includes how to get additional pillows as the existing ones are a little high. Also, the owner may provide additional towels to use (1 more set will be okay).

Genuinely outstanding accommodation: extremely clean, modern, and spacious and much better than other offerings at this price. Check-in is self-serviced and super easy. The room is full of amenities; with a laundry machine and a drying function inside the room, as well as a modern, clean kitchenette full of supplies. There was a porch and plenty of storage space with tons of room to move around, as opposed to typical hotels around this price range where you essentially have to live out and step over your suitcase. Everything was new and well-maintained, I would have been happy to basically live here for an indefinite amount of time. Definitely a breath of fresh air after visiting other cramped hotels. AC works great, no need to repeatedly use coin dryers, and space to prepare and eat food you buy from outside. Feels like the best of both worlds between a normal hotel and apartment rental-style accommodations, plenty of space and extremely livable but clean and with no weird rules to follow.
