Our stay at Hotel She was absolutely perfect. The lobby looks very chic and with a modern twist. The best part is that they had a free drink station! The rooms were very clean and the staff was so pleasant.
Lovely trendy hotel in a quiet area. We enjoyed the cafe and bakery on site every morning. Great location to walk into Shinjuku and to the station.
I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff were very friendly. This a great spot for solo travellers! The team can speak English, so it does make things easier. I will be staying again the next time I am in Osaka.
Stayed here for a very short trip, just one night, but came away very impressed.
The staff were super friendly, and the room had a very nice atmosphere (it had a record player!). Wished the trip was longer so I could’ve enjoyed it more, there was a pizza place in the building I would’ve loved to try!
Hotel SHE Osaka was a delightful stay for us in Osaka while visiting Expo 2025. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and had an amazing staff. Without exception, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always extremely polite. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a quiet, affordable option in Osaka.
The staff were always friendly. Ate at the cafe, which was delicious. About a 10 minute walk from Bentencho station made getting around not difficult. Would stay here again.
Such a chic hotel! Within walking distance of several convenience stores & a JR station. And the staff was immensely courteous & helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Hotel staff was great! Rooms were clean and looked nice. Location is a little bit of a walk from a station, but nothing too bad. It’s in a quieter area and lots of bike riders in this area, not sure if that’s a general thing in Osaka though, so make sure to be aware of that when walking around.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the environment has a stylish, laid-back vibe. We experienced listening to vinyl records, which added a unique touch to our visit, thanks to the vinyl record player in the room. The shampoo set smells delightful . The only improvement we would suggest is the TV; we hope to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube on it.
The staff was very kind and generous! The breakfast was very tasty and a nice way to start the day. Really enjoyed having access to the record players, even if I didn't have a lot of time to sit and listen. Cool vibes, the cafe downstairs was very inviting. Easy walk to Bentencho station and transfers to Dotonburi and other neighbourhoods were easy.
I'm a trans man, and it was a small detail but I really appreciated in the check-in form that there was an "other"'option for gender in the check-in.
Would absolutely stay here again.
Very lovely friendly staff, however not suitable for a young family of four. The room was tiny with two adults and two young children. No space to comfortably open our luggage without placing it on our clean sheets. Little room to walk around in the hotel room as well. Two seven elevens and a Lawson is walking distance, which made sourcing snacks easy. The hotel also offers food which we did not get a chance to try.
This hotel is wonderfully quirky and has a unique charm. It’s modern yet fits perfectly into its traditional surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is spotless with fantastic amenities. I appreciated the free washing capsules in the laundry room and the chilled-out music at reception. The room's vinyl player, with a choice of two records, was a fun touch. Breakfast was delicious and continental, and the free drinks and snacks between 5-9pm were a lovely bonus. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the station, close to Universal Studios and Osaka Castle, and a direct train ride to the international airport. Overall, a great stay—I highly recommend it!
Pretty cool property.. I was drawn to it for the turntables in every room. Only spent o e night there as we were travelling through but apart from the not so comfortable bed it was a good stay.
