We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for the first time in Japan. The staff was amazing, the food was great with an amazing breakfast and we picked a larger room, which was great for our family of four. Location is superb. We’ll miss this hotel for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vischio Osaka. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Great location with easy access to the main train stations and shopping malls. There are many restaurants and cafe options. The hotel serves most essential things except without a inhouse hot spring and gym room. It was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and very well maintained. Instructions were also clear. My only complaint is about the laundrette on second floor. It was rather limited with only 5 for the whole hotel. Most tourists wash their clothes in the night and I ended up staying past midnight just to wait for my turn to wash clothes. There is only one chair in the laundry room. As my room was near the laundry room, it was disconcerting to see people sitting on the floor of the corridor. They may be doing their laundry and waiting their turn but it did not create a safe feeling. Otherwise, I love how close it was to major shopping mall (5 minute walk) and near 24-hour Family Mart(5 minute walk) .

The hotel is several minutes away from the JR station—not the closest, but still a good location. The rooms are bigger than most Japanese hotels, which are famous for small rooms.

Great hotel, great service, perfect location. Just make sure to map your exit from the train station, its a bit tricky.
