Hotel Forza Osaka Namba Dotonbori
If you're looking to find a spot right on Dotonbori, this is the best spot. I also really liked that the amenities: breakfast was amazing, room amenities we got to choose to not be wasteful, and they accept and send luggage.

Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu
Great location not far from underground and walkable to central areas. Some dining options nearby. A bit of noise from boy racers loud car engines driving through the city. Lovely breakfast buffet with French toast.
