Price, location, safety, cleanliness and heat/air are all superb. The room is of course small. It’s hard for a second person to climb onto the bed. There’s no safe. Room service is done every 3 days but towels and supplies (coffee and tea) are supplied every day. Overall, it’s a great value.

When I travel to Osaka, i always choose Hankyu Respire Hotel not only for their cleanliness but due to its proximity to the rail satation whether shinkansen or domestic rail. The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama
Great location to the train station, and downstairs has convenience store. Room and bed was good size for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Bathroom had a shower and tub. Would stay at hotel again.
