"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."

"This stay was amazing! The staff were very friendly & helpful as well. Three stories with your own private garden and balcony area. There is no air conditioning on the first floor (where the kitchen is), but it is still manageable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is a washcloth (there were always plenty of fresh towels). Also, there were no normal. large mirrors in the bathrooms, but there is 1 on the second floor. It is part of an antique desk and the lighting is not good (especially in the evening), so it was kind of challenging to put on makeup. Otherwise the place was great! Plenty of dishes to use, and a comfortable couch for lounging. We also enjoyed an occasional outdoor cat that would come to visit the garden. Also note: If you book on Expedia, the system does not keep your credit card on file for the agency, so the staff will ask you to text your credit card information or to call them and give it over the phone. This is to refund your deposit after your stay. We were not comfortable doing this, so you can leave it as a tip."
