"Found the reception team very rude, didnt really care to be serving anyone. Room was ok, small for the price we paid but ok. Shower screen didnt shut and the light kept going on and off. Shame on our one night away with no kids that a fire alarm went off at 5.30, followed by a flashing light in the room for around 10 minutes. Ruined the experience."

"The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday...
