The room was very nice and clean. Front desk person acted like she did not want to be bothered. My husband has a disability and I feel she treated him in a rude and condescending way. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful.
Property is not updated, there are not any fantastic amenities and we used the hotel room just to lay our heads down while traveling. The 1st room the toliet didn't work and a brown sludge was on the toliet lid. 2nd room only the lights in the bathroom and over the sink worked. Electricity went out at some point in the night for several seconds resetting the digital tv channels so had to rescan to set those back up. The toliet seat in the 2nd room was only held on by one knob so it slid left and right. Staff was nice. This location is near a hospital so you hear ambulance sirens... a LOT!
Very nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very nice and personable.
We had a small issue with the attached restaurant, but it was quickly fixed, and the food was amazing.
Property was great except breakfast, not enough food for all the guests

A great place that’s getting better!
The service was incredible, with the staff being incredibly accommodating. The remodeled areas are looking really nice, but you can tell it’s a work in progress. I can’t wait to stay again and see the progress next time I stay!
The staff was pleasant and accomodating (above and beyond). Rooms clean and comfortable. The place was quiet (I'm a day sleeper). Breakfast was way more than expected...a large variety of items. Coffee was a little weak tho. Overall excellent stay
