I also got an unexpected surprise from the staff at check in when they found out it was my birthday the day before and they all sang happy birthday to me and gave me a slice of cake, so thoughtful. The place is amazing, the views are perfect, exactly like what is shown. I stayed on river view and it’s a must when staying here. Sri and Desak were so sweet, warm and welcoming!! The whole staff is the absolute best! It’s also close to the Ubud market center and they offer shuttle services. When I come back to Ubud, which I hope is again in the near future, I will definitely be staying here. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! "We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion Resort and Spa! We booked a family villa and it was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very busy with tours, and didn’t get a chance to use the six pools the property has to offer. But they look very relaxing and clean. We did eat breakfast and most dinners at the resort. We enjoyed the food, it was delicious! We also took advantage of the spa services they offer and had a massage! I would definitely stay here again."

"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were amazing, breakfast was delicious with a vast selection and in a very scenic setting overlooking the jungle. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. This hotel is pure luxury and truly authentic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback. Just be aware that there is a lot of stairs so not good if you have walking issues."

"The hotel is super clean and staff very professional. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing and the room very big with a nice view on jungle . My only issue would be the quality of massage of the spa , that does not reflect its price . I had asked for deep tissue but it seemed like a normal massage. Ive done much better massages in bali for much less. Also the breakfast service was great, but the standard of the food did not reflect standard of hotel. But food is still good . Overall the price of the hotel reflects it standards and we were very happy . "

"Breakfast is amazing, it has different variety of foods everyday. Swimming pool is big enough and water is warm. Staffis very friendly. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms are very clean."
