Firstly Mr Romanus was absolutely professional yet kind, humble and accommodating at the same time. Noviani was a beautiful young lady with a vibrant presence and she never failed to put a smile on our faces. She even sang a beautiful song for us which made my husband and I feel so special and emotional it was a very beautiful moment for us. Redy was our buddy and he just knew what we needed and wanted. He would set up our table and turn down the music before we even needed to ask so his attention to detail was something else. He was funny, kind, helpful and overall just a great young man. Yuni is a trainee but rest assured she was just as hard working, kind and accommodating as the rest of them. She added just a fresh innocent vibe to our stay. Eri, Ayu, Tini and Putu were all welcoming, helpful and we knew we could count on them. The front desk staff have a special place in our hearts. First of all Tama should absolutely always be at the front desk! He is an absolute legend and took the best care of us. Melani also has a special place in our hearts as she went out of her way for us consistently"
