"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

They delivered a welcome fruit basket and handwritten note to my door, which was a very nice and personal touch. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast on the day I checked out. There was a misunderstanding on the time breakfast ended, but when I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, not just to serve me a full breakfast, but also to serve the items I requested. "The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day."
