"Stunning The staff.. wow.. they are really understand how they handle their customer…amazing staff!!"

"We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again."

"The entrance of the hotel and lobby area are a little tired looking but very clean and we had a very warm welcome every time we walked in the door. The room was large and clean with a balcony which was lovely. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet at night. The small pool was a nice place to relax and cool down and the sky bar a fun place to start an evening out. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of good quality food and drink. The staff at this hotel are absolutely lovely and nothing is...

"I love this hotel, from many hotel I've visit, this hotel is number one for excellent service. From welcoming guess, clean up my room, also give me advice on what activity I can have, according to my preference. If there is more than 5 stars hotel, then this hotel one of them :)"

"Nice hotel with great club lounge. Great staff as well"

"We loved our stay, really enjoyed Hanoi and Classyc was a great base to see the city and loved the pool too."

"Really nice property, highly recommended"

"ホテルは旧市街にあり観光、買物にも便利な場所にあります。ホテルの真向かいのマッサージ屋さんは安くはないけど清潔でよかった。ホテルの朝食は品数も多くどれも美味しい。シャワーも熱いお湯が十分に出ました。スタッフはとても親切に接してくれましたし何の不満もなく3泊過ごしました。大変良いホテルでした、ありがとうございました。"

"Amazing - kind - clean - lovely staff - big bed!!"

"The view was extremely nice ocean front very friendly stuff"

"Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!"

"The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there"

"このホテルは市内の観光スポットから、ソンホン川を渡った位置にあり、観光するためには、移動が必要です。私はバスで移動しましたが、時間通り運行されていました。スタッフはフレンドリーな対応で好感を持ちました。ただ、ホテルにはレストランが併設されてなく、食事場所探しにには苦労しました。ホテルの料金は大変リーズナブルで良かったです。"

"Great small room close everything but not noisy at all. Great facilities having a washing machine and kitchen area"

"The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, organising drivers for us for all legs of our journey. The rooms were clean and spacious; and the location is excellent."

"This hotel was in a great location as it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of everything. Only downside of that of course is it is very noisy. Staff were phenomenal and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast had a great selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and well accommodated our family of four. Would definitely recommend staying here...just bring ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper."
