However, the staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. "This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again."
