"We had a marvellous time at this hotel! It was stunning, clean, and served excellent food and drinks. The service was perfect, we felt like celebrities! The staff were very attentive, and we would like to particularly thank Trang who ensured we had everything we required to make our stay special and complete. The spa was of a high standard, the treatments were very good and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we were relaxed. The location is perfect for exploring the area."

"ホテルのスタッフの方々が皆さんどなたもとても感じが良く、お部屋も広く、清潔でした。 空調もちょうど良く、朝食もおかゆや果物などバラエティーに富んでいて美味しかったです。 ベッドはちょうど良い硬さでした。 旧市街のすぐ近くなので歩いてでかけることができましたし、ハロン湾ツアーもホテルまで迎えにきてくれました。 Wi-Fiも完備されていました。 空港の行き帰りもフライトに合わせて送迎頂き（7人乗り35USD）初めてのベトナムでしたが、安心して行けました。 スタッフさん達の笑顔や声かけが本当に爽やかで幸せな気分になりました。ありがとうございました😊"

"Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab. "
