The rest of our stay went with some help from the front desk with outstanding service very attentive to the needs of the guests. "In general we have a very positive experience with the hotel and staff. The food was good, the included breakfast was great, the location is excellent. They were very kind helping us booking trains. We have to note that sometimes the suggestion were missleading. We wanted to book the train and they told us that we should better book a car because the train it was going to take 5 hours. We insisted to go by train and they helped us to book it. In the end the train took 2.5 hours."

I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off. And better tours than what I had booked. I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours.
