I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. "Room was nice and clean...looks like it was renovated not too long ago. The common areas need work, especially the entrance. Good breakfast included bacon, eggs and potato's."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was just ok. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned with hair left on the shower walls. Air conditioner was in poor condition and making noises. Free wifi was advertised but we ended up having to pay for it and it was not worth it. Not enough bandwidth."

"My son and I stopped there for a brief stay on our way to Ontario and were very unhappy with our stay. We thought about leaving and staying in our car but had booked a non refundable so decided to stay. The room smelled so bad it was hard to be in there. The latch lock on the door was broken which made us feel a little unsecured and the curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. All in all we would not recommend this hotel to family and friends and will be choosing another hotel on our way...

"The property is quite new, everything is in great shape. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had, king (den) was very spacious and very clean. The gym was open all hours, breakfast was great. Slept well. Would certainly go back if travelling through that area."

"Staff was unwelcoming, especially after finding out we had a dog. The check in person apparently had no idea that when we booked online we were to receive a food and beverage perk at check in. Had to argue with them and show them the email as proof before they would honour the perk. Poorly maintained hotel. Hallways had garbage bags and empty fast food bags beside stairways for hours.
