"Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking...

"Really great beautiful hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent staff. No restaurant but a lounge and a lovely garden. Great grocery store right around the corner for good food wine beer etc if you’ve had enough of the crowds and high prices. Highly recommend! "

"Amazing appartment. Modern and well equipes. Comfortable bed Location is amazing within a short walk feom Realto bridge. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Most of all is the host, Andrea is such a nice and helpful person always available. Gave us a lot of recommendations. Even bought us pastries one morning. Felt more like a friend than a buisness owner Highly recommend this place"

"Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!"

"Very close to a Vaporetto stop and easily walkable. Nice quiet square w/ St Marks 5 min walk away. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants. "
