"I had a wonderful experience on my 5 person family vacation. Upon arrival I did all major room checks for bugs, cameras, sheets, etc. Good on all those yay! I had a small issue with the sofa bed it was a little dirty. With no problems and a smile on her beautiful face, the front desk receptionist had the mattress replaced ASAP. The microwave gave me a problem on day 2, and it was replaced (drum roll please) with a brand new one out the box! Thank you !! I received room service the next day, a...
