"Shout out to Rodrigo( server in the bar, lobby, and buffet area) who went out of his way to always smile, be helpful, and ensure our family felt welcomed at all times while visiting this beautiful hotel! It's employees like Rodrigo that really stand out and make a difference while the boss is not looking. Hopefully Rodrigo is acknowledged for a job well done because he really cares that guests receive topo notch service. The hotel is clean and very convenient. In addition, the beds are super comfortable and the A/C will make you never want the leave the room! Good job! Would recommend : )"

"The hotel itself is beautiful. It is more of a relaxing setting. They do no allow smoking anywhere and no speakers near the pool or beach area. Not for party crowd if that is what you are looking for. The food is excellent."

"Súper cerca de la playa. El personal muy amable. Ellos te ayudan a llamar a los taxis si lo necesitas. La habitación encantadora. El aire acondicionado realmente ayuda a mitigar el intenso calor. La alberca muy limpia y grande. Definitivamente cada que vaya a Huatulco me voy a hospedar aquí."
