"It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be one of its biggest strengths. The proximity to the beach was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area. The room size was also very good, providing plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was popular, but the breakfast area was extremely busy and crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find seating and enjoy the meal comfortably. "The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering."

"It was a great but short stay (3 days), but rooms were quiet and really clean. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable and warm. One of the best hotels stays in more than 30 years of traveling!"

"The oceanfront rooms are a must such a lovely place to just unwind. Boardwalk is within steps so is the pier. Great dining options totally walkable. Breakfast provided at the Inn is awesome. Parking area is a bit tight but many parking available."

"Liked that the sky view room on the 7th floor was spacious and updated. The pull out sofa was broken but the sofa itself was clean and comfortable . Loved location,view and front desk staff were great!"

"I stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 3 kids. This place was great for our needs. It's definitely not a luxury hotel by any means, and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and has an indoor pool my kids loved. You can hear all the cars driving by at night, so if you're sensitive to sounds, this may be a tough spot for you"

"First, the great stuff. Linens, floors, bath were clean. Some scuffs and missing paint as this is older hotel but housekeeping was excellent. Right at Beach and every room has ocean view balcony. Bed was comfy, but very high off floor. AC was fine. Shower was wimpy. They are not serving breakfast now but there is a nice serve yourself coffee maker with multi choice selections and cold water on tap free of charge. Close to many shops, eats and an amusement park. Construction on one side....
