"Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. "This property is very cute and safe. The pool area, the breakfast, lunch and happy hour were all amazing. Chandra was so wonderful and I was always greeted each day with a big smile from her. The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. "The room was the size of my closet. There was a bed 2 feet between the bed and the wall. No draws, no closet no desk or night table, just a tv and small bathroom. I felt super enclosed! I requested another room, again the another room as small as the first room. They were nice enough to move me into a bigger room. I was ready to leave.
