"We had a great stay at Casa Dorada Los Cabos. We were given a room with ocean view. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed the beach but the pool water was too warm, though my husband liked the warm pool water. We had a romantic dinner at the restaurant 12 Tribes which is right next to the beach. It was nice having many restaurants around the area since we did not get all inclusive. The hotel is close to downtown area and to the marina. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"The property was ok, there’s definitely some wear and tear going on, in the rooms and in the public areas. Also we found it a little strange that the hotel is separated into 2 buildings. Building 1 where you check in has the rooms a couple of spots to grab a bite and a quiet pool. You exit this building & walk a short distance to the neighboring building for the party pool, specialty restaurants, spa etc. The location was great, service was wonderful, the staff was extremely helpful & friendly. The food was quite good, surprisingly for an all inclusive. Our main issue was at check in. They came on super strong and not being completely honest trying to upsell us to the vacation club. It was so pushy and overwhelming, it felt like they were trying to confuse us and trick us into paying for something that we didn’t want because they were doing it at the same time as our check in. Mind you my husband speaks fluent Spanish and this still was so confusing to him, and every time he would try to clarify we got a different response. They kept asking for signatures and credit cards. When we finally got to our room we had to carefully go back over everything. To be fair they didn’t charge us for anything we declined, but we definitely were checking our credit cards to be sure after the trip. Unfortunately this first impression completely overshadowed the rest of our stay, that was otherwise very pleasant. Due to our first impression and the layout of the property we wouldn’t recommend"

"Beautiful hotel everything was amazing, the room with ocean beach, plenty of pools to relax with beautiful and relaxing views, clean spotless, the service was excellent, the food was top notch we ate at La Roca everyday for breakfast every meal was good and the staff at the restaurants and bars very pleasant and accommodating, I recommend getting the breakfast included if don’t want to get all inclusive and if you are planning in staying in i do recommend the all inclusive as prices are a little high. Definitely would stay here again."
