"We loved staying here! We absolutely felt it was our home away from home. The location is ideal, close to shops, grocery stores , bakeries , the harbour and the beach. We hope to come back soon. The only thing to be improved upon was the dust underneath the bed. Not a huge deal unless you suffer from dust allergies. "I had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and super clean, I didn't hear a single thing from the people next door, and the blackout curtain/great bed/pillow combo had me sleeping like a baby. It's in the perfect spot for walking around and is a block away from the train. I’ll definitely be hitting this place up again next time I'm in town!"

"The front desk concierge on April 23, around 5:30 PM, was not considerate at all. In fact, he seemed to do the opposite of what I requested. I asked for a room with the bay view, but he gave me a room on the opposite side, with no view of the bay. When I mentioned that I booked this vacation to rest and relax, he placed me in a room on the 23rd floor, directly beneath ongoing renovations. It felt as though this was done intentionally.
