"Great breakfast buffet selection. Tasted great. Nice villa with pool. One of our room had A/C turned off when we checked in, but was able to cool down quickly. Spa service (steam sauna) was great experience, friendly staffs. A lot of lizards, that’s fine. But cockroaches appeared in the second floor of three bedroom villas with pool. Staffs were a little difficult to communicate in English (staffs at Royal Shore Restaurant during breakfast were okay to communicate in English though). At check-in, buggy car drivers left our luggages at the lobby, 30 second buggy car ride turned into 3 minute ride, because driver couldn’t locate our villa… Tried to exchange currency (USD to VND), but they declined multiple $100 bills I brought from US because they were worn and torn out.. they were fairly new ones (didn’t have any problem when exchanged in another hotel in Da Nang). Additionally, they didn’t have enough VND on hand for us to exchange, just $100 worth of VND they had. Exchange rate was good though. Looks it was either new or renovated resort, so may come visit again next time. Good experience for the value."

"Breakfast buffet was the best, the coffee was amazing the food selection was incredible and very tasty. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "

"I’d like to thank Tung at the front office for assisting us with anything we needed and help with the room amenities. A special thank you to Trinh and Sen in the spa and Phuoc, the barista. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden overlooking the beach, pool time and walking down the beach. Please note due to beach erosion, you have to make your way to the beach by climbing down some sand bags. We plan on returning to this property. "

"Great view of the paddy fields right at the moment you reach the hotel. Calm and tranquil are the atmosphere of the area. Room was spacious and so well kept. Loved the concept of no television in the room so you immerse into the nature of the surroundings. There's a bathtub and bath salts were provided. Definitely returning again! "

"Lovely hotel conveniently situated to visit Hoi An without being in the thick of it. The most beautiful hotel swimming pool I’ve ever experienced, a real hit with the children. Fresh and varied breakfast buffet and lovely family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as kitchenette and living area. Also walking distance to A Bang beach with bars and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend."

"I really wanted to rate this resort higher, but there were several frustrating issues. Pool area: The biggest disappointment was the pool. There weren’t enough lounge chairs for the number of guests, so people had to wake up at the crack of dawn just to secure a spot. This is especially frustrating because the resort is about a 12-minute drive from Hoi An with nothing else nearby - booking a resort usually means you want to relax by the pool, and many guests weren’t able to do that. Food and drinks: The prices were quite high, and they even charge extra for water. For example, a coconut water costs around $10 AUD. Outside food isn’t allowed, which is understandable if the resort’s food was reasonably priced, but it feels difficult for families to manage these costs. Positives: On the bright side, the resort has a fantastic setup for kids, which is not common in many resorts. The breakfast buffet was decent, and I enjoyed my room. Overall: While the kids’ facilities and room were good, the pool situation really detracted from the experience. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here again mainly because of this issue."

"This was a very nice hotel. Loi and Mai made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. My room was so comfortable, there was a great little gym, and breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from and very nice servers. I also liked the location. It was right on the beach and also close to the river. I found the area to be very walkable which I love. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. I really enjoyed my stay here."
