"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!"

"Gym seemed sufficient although I did not use it. Beach is very sandy, only thing I do mention is you should clean the small bits of garbage that wash up on the beach. Very interesting when the fishermen come by at night to collect clams and snails."

"After visits to Singapore and Bali, we only had two days to spend in Vietnam, but we left wishing we had more time to spend at the Four Seasons Nam Hai. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Tons of resort amenities. Enjoyed our latern making class and got a great souvenir to bring home. Pool and beach service were great. Also great that they provide a shuttle for rides into Hoi An for shopping. Our Ocean View villa was amazing, with comfy bed and great bathroom, including very cool outdoor shower. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future."

"The property is conveniently located steps from the beach. The family room was nice, except for the upstair bathroom, which smelled of used water after showers. "

"It’s a 1.5K walk (flat and easy) from the hotel right into the Old City, but its location with the outlook over the green rice fields is absolutely gorgeous. Every aspect of the hotel is Bohemian chic… loved, loved, loved the stay."

"The staff was super friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived, during the stay and until the day we left. Special shout out to Brian Dinh who was in the charge of the guests for the villas in which we had an awesome 3 bedrooms with an oceanfront picture perfect view. He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only was I convinced that we needed to come back.for the accommodation but definitely for the top service we received. Rooms were kept clean everyday from housekeeping and the food was quite delicious. I recommend to pay a bit more and stay in the villas. Will not regret it~"
