"Decent, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient for access to the beaches and A Bang area where there’s more options for bars, restaurants, and ATM. Quick 10mins car/scooter ride to the Old Quarters for shopping. Only minor issue I had was trying to arrange for a car shuttle to pick me up from the airport but they never replied to me after providing the pricing and even though I followed up with them twice closer to my booking date. Not sure if they actively check on here…? That said, it was an easy fix to book a Grab instead. Building is older so hot water ran out quickly for showers and there was one night where the breaker on my floor went out twice in one evening but no problems with electricity after that. Complimentary breakfast service was great and had solid options to pick from and I also liked that laundry was included!"

"We were looking for a quiet place on the beach to kick back from our travelling for a few days - I can’t recommend this place enough This place was perfect, the location, staff, amenities and local shops/restaurants are perfect and a 10 min taxi trip into Hoi A for the evenings or 10 minute walk to the livelier An Bang centre. I wasn’t 100% happy with the first room and the ladies in reception weed do helpful in finding as a great room overlooking the sea. Thanks so much to Mai, Loi and Nhan on reception and the team at breakfast and happy hour "

"Rooms seemed mostly clean but had weird fragrance. The bathroom frosted windows were smudged with handprints. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Property seemed run down. One towel required a pool card. Difficult to get to to tower from main lobby - had to go outside. There was a guest smoking near the pool. The infinity pool was beyond small - the hotel pictures were taken by a very experienced photographer. In person did not look the same at all. Outdoor AC units in bedrooms. From the outside they were rusted. Overall felt like a dump."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Vanessa Boutique Hotel. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, with a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. We loved the breakfasts each morning, especially the salted coffees, and the indoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after the beach. The location near An Bang Beach is chilled and close to great restaurants and beach clubs like The DeckHouse and Shore Club. It’s only a short Grab ride to Hoi An Old Town and is also convenient for visiting Da Nang and day trips such as Ba Na Hills. We’d highly recommend staying here, especially for couples."

"This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location."

"The resort was so beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage amazing! The friendliest most accommodating staff you could ever imagine. Made you feel special each and every day! Could not rate this hotel and experience any higher. It is expensive, we're not rich so it was a special occasion. We have stayed at 7 other Four Seasons hotels and other luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world over the years so we're not inexperienced either. So beyond the price of the room all other prices, food, beverage, experiences are in line with USD prices for luxury accommodations, so there no going inexpensive here. When you've been eating street food meals for 5-8 USD for two people with a beer or in a restaurant with a bottle of wine and a cocktail for $40-60 USD you'll notice the stark difference in price at the resort but you know that going in. And the hotel made it all worth it. We also stayed in the one bedroom beach front villa which made the stay extraordinary as we are beach people. Cheers, now go out and enjoy your next stay and if you can splurge this is a great spot unless your a fussy complainer and then of course we know you'll never be satisfied"
