"The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. "Really convenient location, close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants. The gym is very small and the walls between the studio rooms are very thin because the TV in the neighbours room was extremely loud "

Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on.
