"best all inclusive in cancun! the food was impressive. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was peaceful. the rooftop pool is worth the views you get. you can definitely get drunk with ease and you don’t have to leave the property to be entertained. the rooms are so nice to be in. the beds sleep wonderfully. i suggest getting an ocean view room."

"The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the showers have consistent hot and cold water. The AC worked wonderfully, especially on humid nights. The staff was helpful, and they also answered any questions we had. Something I specifically liked was that the resort is family-oriented and that we did not have to deal with spring breakers getting wild. "This property was fantastic and is perfectly located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was outstanding—especially Carmen at the concierge desk, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the air conditioning in our room, which was a bit difficult to adjust. Other than that, our experience was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others visiting Cancun."

"Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer 24/7 Apotheke bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, Einrichtung auch gut, aber kein Fenster und extrem feucht. Es hat auch dementsprechend gerochen, wir haben nur 2 Nächte da verbracht aber unsere Kleidung war danach muffig. Die Apotheke spielt den ganzen Tag Musik, es ging um 7 Uhr in der Früh los… 2 Sterne für die Lage und für die Sauberkeit. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Wir können den Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. "

"The staff was really helpful and kind. The neighbourhood was very nice, safe and peaceful. The property outside is not particularly bad but very small. However the room is very run down with broken bed, window, no microwave oven, I had to request a refrigerator. Overall maybe a good place to stay for bachelors but not a family friendly place to stay."
