"The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. "The staff were excellent and very accommodating as we were a big group. We were impressed with the facilities and it was perfect for a large family gathering of all ages. Despite it being July, it was busy but we did not have to wait as it was well staffed and a large space. A little noisy outside at times as there were groups going to the nightspot (Strip)"

"As a family of 5 we had a superb holiday at the Ocean suites. We had a ground floor apartment with garden and pool access which worked really well. We’d definately go back. The only criticism I have are the hedges around garden were in need of trim and cutting back as too overgrown and all food options were quite expensive, although we found a great Italian just outside Pine Cliffs on main road. A great place overall, we would highly recommend."

Studio apartment was cosy as expected but clean and well appointed and equipment all worked. The aircon was an absolute godsend!
Think that it would benefit with wifi access in the rooms. It's available in the public/reception areas but couldn't see a signal in the room/apartment itself.
