"From a seamless check-in to a smooth check-out, the process was perfect. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and professional. ​The hotel is highly reliable and packed with attractions, including fantastic kids' activities and clean pools. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend it!"

The staff were amazing, kids were accepted everywhere (except the indoor heated pool sadly, although understandably cause it's a spa). The kids playground was wonderful with daily activities, engaged and kind care staff during the day. I didn't leave her with them unsupervised by a parent, but apparently you can. "The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. "The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows. Super continental breakfast. I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team."

"Le séjour a l’hôtel Falesia était sympathique. Le petit déjeuné était bien, bien copieux et varié et les horaires étaient vraiment pratique car celui ci finissait à 11h. Petits bémols lors de notre séjour: - 1 des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas - la propreté de la piscine extérieur - le bruit des femmes de ménage le matin surtout pour les grands dormeurs. La chambre était grande et agréable."
