"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. We were upgraded from a street view to a pool view which was an unexpected perk! All staff were polite and happy to help. The range of food for breakfast was great from fruit, to full english, via ham and cheese, cereal and pastries. All of good quality. The pool was good but can get quite busy at times, which is to be expected in the summer. "

As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. "This is probably the worst place we have stayed at in our lives. This is not a hotel but an apartment which is not cleaned daily they literally make the bed that’s it. There are roaches and the apartments are a throw back to the 90s. They have bar soap for your bath and hand washing purposes and there is a constant moldy smell that doesn’t go away.
