"We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning."

"Wonderful hotel, very relaxing and peaceful but also great for families. Our apartment was split level and well equipped with a washer and a dish washer. It had a lovely terrace at the back which provided direct access to the beach walk way. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. Definitely try the freshly squeezed orange juice. "The hotel was amazing. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. We were upgraded from a street view to a pool view which was an unexpected perk! All staff were polite and happy to help. The range of food for breakfast was great from fruit, to full english, via ham and cheese, cereal and pastries. All of good quality. The pool was good but can get quite busy at times, which is to be expected in the summer. "

As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. "Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site.
